Data Uploading
Make sure your titles are available in our database and can be seen by our retail customers in time to be included in their plans. Please submit your complete title data to TIMS six months prior to the publication date. All titles have to be included before scheduling the Sales Presentation.

Sales Presentations
After you have submitted your titles to TIMS, we want to activate them in our database as soon as possible. In order to ensure prompt availability to our retail and library customers, new titles need to be presented to your Ingram/Spring Arbor buyer five months prior to publication date. Please remember that you do not need a finished catalog to present your titles, an electronic catalog, or even a tip/sell sheet is enough. Once the sales presentation is completed we can activate your titles in our database and pre-publication ordering can begin.
