How much does flashback software cost? Are there subscription fees?
flashback4 is available free of charge to booksellers with a valid Ingram account. There is no subscription fee.
What support is available for flashback?
flashback ordering support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week at (800) 234-6737. Call this number if you are having
trouble
placing your order through flashback or have general ordering
questions.
flashback technical support is available through Ingram Data Services Technical Support 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time Monday-Friday at
(800) 937-7978.
Call this number if you are having trouble loading or operating
your software or want to acquire flashback.
When can I place my electronic order?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If our mainframe system is unavailable
at the time the order is placed, the flashback system will accept
the order and advise you that same-call confirmation is unavailable.
After the order is processed, the confirmation will be available
when you call back.
Will flashback run on a Macintosh?
flashback will run on a PowerMAC running under IBM emulation. Ingram
is not responsible for the Technical Support of IBM emulation programs.
