If you are an established publisher with 10 or more titles in print and would like to be reviewed for a direct relationship with Ingram, please complete the New Vendor Questionnaire listed below and submit it along with one copy of each of your 10 bestselling titles to the address noted on the form. 

Your information will then be evaluated by our review committee.  They will determine whether it would be mutually beneficial for Ingram to distribute your titles directly or indirectly through a distributor.  Please allow several weeks for the committee to respond to your submission.
