Any Book, Anytime, Anywhere!
With Ingram's Direct to Home program you can ship books from our warehouse directly to any valid address in the world. By using Direct to Home, you have the ability to sell and ship any book from our inventory of 2.6 million titles, allowing you to "virtually" have every book in-stock--giving you the power to never miss a sale!

Consumer Direct Fulfillment
Ingram's Consumer Direct Fulfillment service offers speed, efficiency, and cost savings for online booksellers. With Ingram as your fulfillment partner, your orders will be processed in one of our four state-of-the-art distribution centers and will ship directly to your customers' doors.
This service allows you immediate access to more than 2.6 million titles, allowing you to maintain product selection, while reducing your cost of inventory. It also eliminates the need to receive, repack, and reship books to your customers. So whether your customers are in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Canada, Japan, or anywhere else in the world, Ingram will deliver for you.

Street Smart
Street Smart is a service that enables customers to receive hot new titles on or before the on-sale date. To participate in Street Smart, we ask that you sign an affidavit stating you will not sell or display titles before their on-sale date. There are two Street Smart categories.
Street Smart (Standard)
Street Smart (Standard) titles include any title with a publisher-assigned on-sale date. Minimum single-line order quantities are not required for these titles. However, in order to receive Street Smart (Standard) titles before the on-sale date, you must accept the affidavit.
Street Smart (Select)
Street Smart (Select) titles include major releases based on the Ingram initial buy. Customers will receive advance notice of these titles. Minimum single-line order quantities are required in order to receive one of these titles one business day before the on-sale date (see below). Early backordering is also required. Orders on file 14 days before the on-sale date will be sent a reminder notice, but this date is not a barrier for accepting orders that will get to the customer before the on-sale date.

New Store Services
Opening a new bookstore is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. With Ingram, we simplify this process for you. It is difficult to know what to have on hand when your doors open, so we work with you to make title recommendations based on your specific needs, community, and budget. Our New Account Manager will personally guide you through the process, from opening an account to opening day. If you are planning a new store or you are expanding your existing store, please contact our New Account Manager for assistance.

content@ allows customers to receive title information directly from Ingram's comprehensive database to use on their own systems. With content@ you can upload title information without ever having to key in a single word! Ingram's data includes detailed bibliographic information and metadata--so the upload you receive is complete and ready for use.
