With Direct to Home, books ship directly from Ingram to any valid address in the world. Any book in Ingram's inventory can be delivered straight to your customers' doorsteps. Your "stock" can be greater than you ever imagined with Direct to Home.

Consumer Direct Fulfillment
Ingram's Consumer Direct Fulfillment service offers speed, efficiency, and cost savings for online booksellers. With Ingram as your fulfillment partner, your orders will be processed in one of our four state-of-the-art distribution centers and will ship directly to your customers' doors.

This service allows you immediate access to more than 2.6 million titles, allowing you to maintain product selection, while reducing your cost of inventory. It also eliminates the need to receive, repack, and reship books to your customers. So whether your customers are in the U.S., U.K., Europe, Canada, Japan, or anywhere else in the world, Ingram will deliver for you.

Standing Order Programs
Managing your inventory of U.S. titles is easy with Ingram's Standing Order Programs. By customizing a standing-order profile to fit your needs, titles can be automatically ordered and shipped to you without having to spend a lot of time browsing catalogs. Titles are usually backordered two to three months before their release, and you have the flexibility to change your order any time before it is shipped.

Standing Order Programs include Adult Author, Popular Adult Fiction, Adult Popular Series, Youth Author, Youth Popular Series, Youth Nonfiction, Travel, Graphic Novels, and many more.

iSelect(SM)
Your customers want new titles as soon as they are available. Ingram's iSelect program assists you in selecting the types of new titles appropriate for your store and gets them to you fast.

The iSelect program is based on Ingram's buying level of pre-publication titles. You select the categories and indicate the levels you want to see. Then, when Ingram makes a purchase of a forthcoming title at your pre-determined level, you are notified. The iSelect Program is fully customizable to meet the needs and interests of our store. If you only want to see the hottest titles in certain categories, you can. If you only wish to see new titles by certain publishers, you can do that, too.

content@ingram®
content@ allows customers to receive title information directly from Ingram's comprehensive database to use in their own systems. With content@ you can upload title information without ever having to key in a single word. Ingram's data includes detailed bibliographic information and metadata--so the upload you receive is complete and ready for use. Street Smart(sm)
Street Smart is a service that enables customers to receive hot new titles on or before the on-sale date. To participate in Street Smart, we ask that you sign an affidavit stating you will not sell or display titles before their on-sale date. There are two Street Smart categories.

Street Smart (Standard)
Street Smart (Standard) titles include any title with a publisher-assigned on-sale data. Minimum single-line order quantities are not required for these titles. However, in order to receive Street Smart (Standard) titles before the on-sale date, you must accept the affidavit.

Street Smart (Select)
Street Smart (Select) titles include major releases based on the Ingram initial buy. Customers will receive advance notice of these titles. Minimum single-line order quantities are required in order to receive one of these titles one business day before the on-sale date (see below). Early backordering is also required. Orders on file 14 days before the on-sale date will be sent a reminder notice, but this date is not a barrier for accepting orders that will get to the customer before the on-sale date.
